Libraries often have large print books and audio formats of books, both useful for seniors. Some also offer daytime programs that are suitable for older people. Many welcome senior volunteers.

The Old Town public library has a Tuesday Forum the fourth Tuesday of each month which offers lunch, a presentation, and a raffle and is free of cost.  The library also partners with Gateway Seniors without Walls in order to provide activities and presentations for seniors.
